Let the users review the tads?

I think the days of needing people to write reviews are kind of over. How about instead we let people download anything that gets uploaded and they rate it themselves ala GameReplays.org. Even if it was just some cobbled together system like people post a topic for each game and people rate the threads/put a poll with marks out of 5/10 or whatever.
